"If eggs were meant to be eaten as mechanically-separated, low-fat, chemically-altered whites in a carton, the chickens would have done it by now. But an egg is a chick in the making. It’s rich in antioxidants, good fats, vitamins, and – for the calories – a lot of protein. Things like Egg Beaters are the result of food manufacturers exploiting fears based on grossly inaccurate health information. There’s nothing healthy about such unnatural products."
Finally got my 30 Day Trial to SNAP Fitness today. Working on a medley of different pull-ups tonight to break it in. Maybe trying to spatter in the rest of the Back Day exercises from Brad Pitt’s Fight Club routine.
Oh and incase you haven’t met I will be writing all these posts under my uber confident vain alter ego Dylan (Dielawn) Kelly. He’s the one into modeling and excessive nudity lol.
Stop the CA foie gras ban →
#Spoiled Human Beings
The core American value is freedom of choice. We value our right to choose what we read, say, watch, worship and eat. But those rights are being taken from us. The state of California has allowed biased animal rights activists to interfere with free market trade and consumer choice by banning foie gras entirely. We question the sensibility of allowing political agendas to dictate what we can eat, and worry about how this will impact other freedoms and rights. We would like to reserve our right to eat foie gras. Please repeal SB 1520 and allow the people of the state California to keep producing, selling, cooking, and most of all, eating foie gras.
I completely agree with the sentiment of Vegans and Vegetarians that choose to be so due to the cruelty now inflicted on most animals that we consume in a store bought setting. But I don’t agree with them pushing that statement on others as if it’s the healthy way to live. I think of it like the Indians thought of it.. if you take the life of an animal you must use every part and respect the creature that you took the life of. We haven’t somehow evolved past being omnivores.
